Dormer upgrade. The soffit was made of T 1-11 cheap plywood that was stained. The rafter tails were rotted. Water dripping off of the roof was dripping unto lower roof creating problems there.. Needed repainting.

The soffit underneath was upgraded to cedar tongue and groove (T&G), primed and painted. In order to not tear off the entire roof and lay the T&G over the top of the rafters, they were cut to size to fit between the rafters and held up by molding strips attached alongside the rafters. New gutter installed to run the water into the lower roof gutter.
